The WeCare project includes several initiatives with which Automar intends to enhance the value of its employee as a human being and make him/her aware of the need to adopt a better lifestyle, a healthier diet and greater attention to safety in the workplace.
One of the first initiatives of the project was a clear and ironic video on safety, standards and conduct to be adopted on the apron.
